Description

You will lead backend development, designing scalable architectures and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Design and implement scalable backend architectures using Java and NodeJS.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end and third-party integration.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of backend development experience focusing on Java and NodeJS.
• Expert knowledge of Java and SpringBoot.
• Proficiency in NodeJS and RESTful API design.
• Strong experience with SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience with Elastic Search implementation and management.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
