Description

This role offers the opportunity to lead a hands-on development team while continuing to contribute directly to software design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team while maintaining hands-on involvement in software development
• Design and architect solutions, including multi-threaded and synchronized components
• Develop server-side applications using Core Java and related frameworks
• Design and implement RESTful web services
• Integrate applications with Oracle databases using SQL and PL/SQL
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle and Agile/SCRUM processes
• Conduct integration and acceptance testing
• Manage code repositories and collaborate using Git/Bitbucket
• Work with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible Tower

Qualifications

• Required
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development experience
  • Minimum 5 years of team lead experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading a development team in a hands-on capacity
  • Proficiency in Core Java
  • Experience with Spring and Spring MVC
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services
  • Solid understanding of multi-threading and synchronization patterns
  • Experience with server-side development and database integration
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Agile/SCRUM experience
  • Experience with integration and acceptance testing
  • Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible Tower
