Lead development teams through the full software development life cycle to deliver integrated Java solutions. You will design, code, debug, and integrate new software with existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through all phases of the SDLC.
• Design, code, debug, and integrate new software solutions with existing systems.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Perform software, risk, and reliability analysis.
• Extract and reverse engineer existing code to support system integration.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and OOP concepts.
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing integration solutions.
• Proven track record in full lifecycle application development.
• Competency in software analysis, risk analysis, and reliability analysis.
• Experience in PBM or Healthcare domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
