Description

You will lead a development team through the full software lifecycle, from design to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical leadership and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with business owners to translate requirements into actionable user stories and feature priorities.
• Architect solutions and produce System Integration and System Architecture Design Documents.
• Guide the team in accurate estimation and story grooming aligned with PI Objectives.
• Lead research into new technologies and conduct proofs of concept to drive improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in digital technology implementation.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
• Proven track record with Microservices architecture and API Design.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS).
• Proficiency in OAuth 2.0, Spring JPA, and RDBMS (preferably Oracle).
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Messaging Queues.
• Strong testing skills using JUnit, TestNG, and mocking frameworks.
• Knowledge of UML, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Web 2.0 technologies, NodeJS, TypeScript, and UI frameworks like React JS or Angular.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin web services development.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
