Lead technical design and development for complex enterprise systems and identity management solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, research, and analysis for business solutions and hardware/software support.
• Coach, educate, and monitor the work of other engineers to ensure technical standards are met.
• Design and support microservices architectures and CI/CD DevOps pipelines.
• Advise clients and project teams on technical information exchange and solution implementation.
• Manage user lifecycle, provisioning workflows, and RBAC policy enforcement.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience in a team lead capacity.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices and REST API development.
• Experience with MS Azure (Azure EventHub, App Service Environment) or AWS equivalents.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Confluent Kafka.
• Strong understanding of IAM protocols including OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, RBAC, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Experience in Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) projects.
• Proficiency with SQL, MQ, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, Git, Jira, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js and JBoss.
