Description

Lead Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable distributed applications in Trivandrum.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement analysis and develop detailed technical designs for high-quality code delivery.
• Identify risks and conduct mitigation planning for complex software systems.
• Review developer work, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members.
• Set strategic technical direction and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain highly scalable applications using Java, J2EE, and REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Java EE, and Hibernate.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL, JDBC, and JPA for data persistence.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end technologies like React.
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and CLI tools.
• Ability to write automated tests, debug, and deliver distributed applications.
• B.Tech or MCA degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Document Management or Enterprise Content Management domains.
• Proven track record in large distributed teams and exceptional communication skills.
