Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and deployment of scalable Java applications and distributed systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy high-performance applications using Java and Python.
• Apply AI/ML principles and TensorFlow to enhance features and solve complex system problems.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable, efficient codebases with rigorous code reviews.
• Develop and integrate internal and external APIs (REST, gRPC) to ensure seamless data flow.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on Java.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Demonstrable experience with AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and tools (TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of API design principles (REST, gRPC) and system integration patterns.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a formal or informal technical leadership or mentorship role.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
