Description

Lead technical solutioning and development within an Agile Scrum environment. Act as the primary technical point of contact for client solutioning and mentor team members through code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts within a traditional Agile Scrum project structure.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client solutioning.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and the implementation of best practices.
• Coach junior developers to improve technical proficiency and code quality.
• Communicate technical solutions directly to clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Front-end development with React.
• Direct experience communicating technical solutions to clients.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer coaching and mentoring junior staff.
• Any Graduate degree.
