Description

Lead technical development and mentor engineers in a distributed cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams by mentoring developers and conducting thorough code reviews.
• Analyze complex, vague technical problems and translate them into viable solution recommendations.
• Implement software using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
• Manage multiple project assignments and prioritize tasks to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate technical strategies and ideas to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Java development experience, including Java 8/11, Collections, Threads, and Lambdas.
• 5+ years of NodeJS experience.
• 3+ years of Technical Lead experience.
• Proficiency with core Spring framework, Hibernate/JPA, and REST services (JAX-RS, Apache CXF).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, ECS, EC2, DynamoDB, and RDS (Oracle/Aurora).
• Experience with Angular and ReactJS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and Vault.
• Proficiency with Git, Linux, Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and JBehave/Cucumber.
• Knowledge of code analysis tools such as SonarQube, Jacoco, and Veracode.
• Experience with distributed message or stream processing in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
