Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams from project inception to final delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading teams in the Payments, Banking, or Financial domains.
• Expertise in Java development.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and RDBMS.
• Experience with API and MQ-based system integrations.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
• Bachelor's degree.
