Description

Lead the development of Java-based financial applications, owning design, implementation, and delivery of complex system architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team through the full implementation lifecycle of financial software.
• Analyze client requirements to craft customized technical solutions and system designs.
• Provide expert technical guidance to ensure project delivery and success.
• Design and implement complex system architectures independently.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Expert proficiency in Java 8, including lambda expressions.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
• Strong experience in API development and RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS).
• Proficiency with SQL and Spring JDBC.
• Experience with AWS services including ECS, EC2, and SQS.
• Ability to manage build and deployment via Jenkins pipelines.
• Experience using AWS CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
