Description

Lead the design and development of high-scale Java applications and integrated web services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions addressing non-functional requirements including performance tuning, benchmarking, load testing, and security.
• Build and integrate services using RESTful and SOAP-based web services and IIB integration.
• Manage codebases using Git and track development workflows within JIRA.
• Design Oracle databases, write stored procedures, and optimize SQL for execution quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on programming and debugging with Java, JavaScript, and JSP/Servlet.
• Deep understanding of J2EE design patterns.
• 5+ years of Oracle experience in database design and performance-tuned SQL.
• 3+ years of experience in Ohio SACWIS, preferably in Case Management.
• Proficiency with Maven for build management.
• Experience with service integration concepts and RESTful services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java EE servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, or Tomcat.
