Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot within AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java.
• Expertise in Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with AWS.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond or McLean 3 days a week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
