Description

You will lead backend development efforts focusing on distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain microservices using Java 8/11 and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement REST APIs and distributed messaging patterns with Kafka.
• Deploy and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Manage data persistence across relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum environment to deliver software following development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Java 11.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with at least one framework: NodeJS, ExpressJS, or Django.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization tools.
• Experience with ORM tools such as JPA and Hibernate.
• Working knowledge of Kafka, MSK, SQS, and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with Terraform, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Module lead experience and ability to work independently.
• AWS certifications.
