Description

You will lead backend development efforts, owning the design and implementation of scalable systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend systems using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Define and standardize Maven usage across all application development teams.
• Build tools and workflows that streamline application development and deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate across engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with Core Java.
• Minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership or subject matter expert role.
• Strong experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Maven.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS.
