Description

Lead development and support activities in a critical environment, owning the release pipeline from design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write proofs of concept and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Define and execute high-level and low-level software designs.
• Configure CI pipelines, static analysis tools, and build processes.
• Gather functional and non-functional requirements and document them.
• Automate software deployment to cloud-based or end-customer environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with the Java stack and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful, GRPC, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Proficiency with Spring Cloud and microservices architectures.
• Experience deploying software to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kafka and JMS messaging implementations.
• Competency with Maven, SonarQube, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Experience with containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Cache databases.
• Background in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, VueJS, or React.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Golang or Rust.
• Java Certified Programmer or Architect certifications.
• Cloud certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
