Description

You will drive the architecture and delivery of cloud-native platforms as a hands-on Lead Java Engineer.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of modern, cloud-native platforms.
• Design and implement solutions using Microservices Architecture.
• Drive projects utilizing Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Mentor and lead engineering team members.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in Core & Advanced Java (Java 8+ or 21 preferred).
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Experience designing and building Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka.
• Familiarity with AWS and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD/DDD).
• Demonstrable team leadership and mentoring experience.
