Description

You will lead the delivery of the strategic roadmap and manage the full application development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum ceremonies and define project scope, specifications, and resource estimates.
• Propose technical solutions and deliver high-quality, tested features and enhancements.
• Own application deployment strategies and infrastructure maintenance documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug systems to optimize performance.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance on complex engagements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Java 8+.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with Containers, including Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes or EKS.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of microservices and HTTP/REST.
• 4+ years of experience with test automation using JBehave, Cucumber, Selenium, or JUnit.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA or ADO.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
