Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices and APIs for Customer Data solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the strategic roadmap and participate in all scrum ceremonies.
• Define project scope, specifications, and resource estimates for proposed solutions.
• Own the full application development lifecycle, including deployment strategies and infrastructure maintenance documentation.
• Propose technical solutions and deliver well-designed, fully functional, and tested features.
• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting to optimize performance and support complex engagements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Java 8+.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with Containers (Docker and orchestration such as Kubernetes or EKS).
• 4+ years of experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• 4+ years of experience with test automation (jBehave, Cucumber, Selenium, or JUnit).
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using JIRA or ADO.
• 2+ years in lead roles.
• Strong understanding of microservices and HTTP/REST.
• Experience with Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with streaming/messaging tools like NATS, Kinesis, or Event Hub.
• Experience with Datadog, New Relic, Elasticsearch, or Apigee.
