Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications while mentoring a development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of Java developers, ensuring technical growth and code quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Java Developer.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
