Description

Lead a development team in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka for streaming and messaging.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Guide the team in implementing ETL processes and data pipelines for seamless data flow.
• Mentor developers and foster a collaborative engineering environment.
• Design resilient and secure software architectures for full-stack applications.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.
• Expertise in Kafka for building event-based systems.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Proficiency in Spring Boot for full-stack development.
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data pipeline tools.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills for engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data pipeline architectures.
