Description

Lead the design, build, and maintenance of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, while architecting event-driven systems with Kafka.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing and maintaining full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka for streaming and messaging.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Guide the implementation of ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
• Mentor engineering teams and foster collaborative technical environments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java.
• Expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Deep familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Solid understanding of data pipeline concepts and ETL tools.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data integration scenarios.
