Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and define technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automate build and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and system design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of Java development experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of secure application development and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SAML).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
