Description

Lead full-stack development initiatives for cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and GCP.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design responsive frontend applications using Angular or React with TypeScript.
• Drive CI/CD automation pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native services on Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub).
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical design reviews.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in Java full-stack development.
• Strong backend expertise: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs.
• Frontend proficiency: Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

Preferred Skills

• GCP certification (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Service Mesh.
