Key Responsibilities
✔ Take ownership of an enterprise application portfolio and serve as the primary Application SME.
✔ Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java full-stack application development.
✔ Track applications, technical issues, action items, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
✔ Communicate application status, technical challenges, priorities, and solutions to leadership and business stakeholders.
✔ Proactively identify technical issues, analyze root causes, and drive solutions through completion.
✔ Prioritize and manage multiple applications and competing technical issues effectively.
✔ Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support business objectives and application delivery.
✔ Provide technical guidance, leadership, and subject-matter expertise across the application portfolio.
