Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-grade Java applications while mentoring the team and driving technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices patterns.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces with Angular 14+, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Manage application dependencies, issues, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Communicate technical status and solutions clearly to leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE enterprise application development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, and MyBatis.
• Proficiency in Angular 14+ including component architecture, reactive forms, and RxJS.
• Deep knowledge of Core Java: multi-threading, Executor framework, and concurrency patterns.
• Expert-level SQL skills: complex queries, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with JBoss or Apache Tomcat deployment environments.
• Proficiency in XML/XSLT, JSON, JavaScript (ES6+), and AJAX.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record in a Technical Lead or Application SME capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JSP and JSTL legacy systems.
• Strong business communication skills for non-technical stakeholder management.
