Lead full-stack engineering efforts to deliver maintainable, testable code within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design decisions and guide development teams.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Design and manage data persistence layers using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Implement component libraries and design systems to ensure UI consistency.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience with Java Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of professional experience with React.
• Extensive experience in microservices development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and Java.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or AWS equivalents).
• Hands-on experience with component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flask or Django frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with UX design and agile development practices.
