Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Java Spring Boot and frontend frameworks.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions with a focus on performance and security.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver features.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• 5 years of frontend development experience using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Prior experience leading agile teams and managing sprints.
