Description

Lead fullstack development efforts and coordinate delivery between onsite and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and mentor junior engineers through technical guidance.
• Design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions using Java, MVC frameworks, and microservices.
• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle within Agile environments.
• Debug complex systems and perform deep analytical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java, OOP, JSP, Servlets, and JPA.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (5+ years) and React.
• Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Backend expertise in MSSQL, JDBC, and database-stored procedures.
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, or Struts frameworks.
• Experience with XML, XSD, and XSLT.
• Testing experience using JUnit and mocking frameworks like Mockito or JMockit.
• Practical knowledge of Git, TFS, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in microservices environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Backbone.js, Splunk, or caching frameworks like Redis and Memcached.
• 6 months of hands-on SCSS experience.
