Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within the technology domain.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software for large-scale projects and deployments.
• Lead a team to resolve technical challenges and meet client requirements while following compliance policies.
• Act as an escalation point and provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve complex technical issues and achieve project goals.
• Contribute to high-level strategic planning for technical domains.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Frontend development skills in React and jQuery.
• Experience designing and documenting technical solutions.
• Ability to evaluate technologies and procedures for complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams in a client-facing environment.
• Background in compliance policy adherence for technical deliverables.
