Description

Lead technical initiatives and deliverables for large-scale software projects, owning the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions for complex technical domains.
• Lead a team to resolve technical challenges, meet client requirements, and adhere to compliance policies.
• Act as the primary escalation point, providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to solve complex issues and achieve project goals.
• Contribute to high-level strategic planning for technical domains and evaluate technologies for emerging challenges.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Frontend development skills in React and jQuery.
• Experience designing and documenting technical solutions.
• Ability to evaluate technologies and procedures for complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams in a client-facing environment.
• Background in compliance policy adherence for technical deliverables.
