Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications while mentoring a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and build full-stack applications using Java, React, or Angular, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Deploy applications on AWS and manage cloud infrastructure alongside DevOps.
• Conduct code reviews and implement solutions to mitigate technical risks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• 2+ years in a lead role managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database design.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Proficiency in Python for backend integration or automation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
