Lead a team of software engineers in developing applications using Java, frontend frameworks, and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to develop applications using Java, Angular/React, and Spring Boot microservices.
• Oversee the development, testing, and maintenance of software products to ensure quality standards.
• Design, develop, test, and support technical solutions across Agile teams.
• Implement behavioral driven development using the Behave framework to validate services.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development and leadership.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend development skills in JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools and services.
• Experience with Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development via GitLab or Jenkins.
• Ability to implement behavioral driven development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.
