Description

You will lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Angular/React, and Spring Boot microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in developing and maintaining software products within Agile environments.
• Design and implement technical solutions, including behavioral driven development using the Behave framework.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
• Ensure robust service validation and system reliability across microservices architectures.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend development skills in JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools and services.
• Proficiency with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.
