Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of application components using Java and Tapestry. Coordinate with customers and offshore teams to ensure delivery closure. Guide development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and review design, code, and unit tests for quality.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement application components using Java, J2EE, Hibernate, and Spring.
• Coordinate with customers and offshore development teams to track deliverables to closure.
• Review design, code, and unit tests to ensure quality standards.
• Guide high-performing development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application design and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, and Spring.
• Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and REST API development.
• Expertise in Web Services and Tapestry.
• Strong frontend skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Node.js and web performance optimization.
• Experience with Oracle DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, Angular, and Kafka.
