Lead middleware development by translating business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into high-level and low-level technical designs.
• Develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using reactive programming patterns.
• Implement unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality.
• Manage the continuous integration and delivery pipeline through automated testing and deployment tools.
• Collaborate within Agile, Scrum, or iterative development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Spring WebFlux and concurrency frameworks such as Mono, Flux, or Akka.
• Strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Extensive experience in API-driven development, specifically RESTful and microservices architectures.
• Practical knowledge of ORM frameworks like Hibernate, Entity, or Dapper.
• Strong relational database experience with Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres.
• Experience implementing queuing or streaming engines like Kafka.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and deployment tools including Docker, Git, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and OpenShift.
• Experience with testing tools such as JUnit or NUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
