Lead companywide technology initiatives and engineering best practices for large-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation for large-scale projects.
• Develop and implement companywide engineering standards and best practices.
• Analyze technical challenges to align solutions with strategic business objectives.
• Mentor engineering teams and lead projects to drive new technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database management.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and Backend REST API development.
• Knowledge of API and API Gateway implementation.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and data formats including XML and JSON.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RESTful service design.
