Description

Lead the modernization of legacy systems and the development of GenAI-powered solutions using Golang, Java, and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of legacy systems using Java and Python, integrating GenAI capabilities.
• Implement LLM-powered solutions using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, and OpenAI API.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise-grade retrieval and generation workflows.
• Develop and enhance Agentic systems using AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agents.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven expertise in Golang with deep understanding of templating, frameworks, and tools.
• Strong experience in cloud-native architectures, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of React, REST APIs, and modern front-end integration.
• Familiarity with Java (Spring Boot) or Python for cross-technology solutions.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance and reliability.
• Portfolio showcasing architectural designs and successful implementations.
• Familiarity with productivity tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
