You will lead system design, architecture, and team leadership for Java and Python development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable systems using Java and/or Python.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.

• Drive system design decisions and technical strategy.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Deep understanding of system design and software architecture.
• Proven track record in team leadership and technical guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Immediate availability preferred.
