Description

You will lead the programmatic building and automation of complex infrastructure using Kubernetes and scripting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate complex infrastructure through programmatic scripting and automation.
• Deploy, secure, and manage cloud platforms and applications.
• Implement CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies within the infrastructure lifecycle.
• Manage observability through monitoring and logging implementations.
• Articulate technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience with TKGI/Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Twelve-Factor App methodology.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux.
• 3+ years of experience in scripting using Python, Bash, or NodeJS.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Foundry.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts.
• 2+ years of experience with observability tools including Splunk, Grafana, AppD, New Relic, Elastic, or OpenTelemetry.
• Proven track record of building infrastructure through automation.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of VMware/vSphere experience and designing cloud-native solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD, Flux, or GitOps.
• 2+ years of experience with modern SDLC practices like TDD and Trunk Based Development. Experience with Service Mesh, Load Balancers, DDI, and cloud security governance.
