What's the Job?

• Lead the design, automation, and operation of enterprise Kubernetes platforms across hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage the lifecycle of EKS Anywhere Kubernetes platforms, including provisioning, upgrades, security, and scalability.
• Develop internal platform services, tooling, and automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive platform standardization, governance, and best practices in cloud-native engineering.
• Implement observability solutions, incident management, and reliability improvements to ensure platform resilience.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes environments, especially with EKS and EKS Anywhere.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation, cloud-native technologies, and supporting mission-critical enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS services, Terraform, ArgoCD, Helm, and observability tools like OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with security controls, secrets management, and automation using HashiCorp Vault and related tools
