Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of the production Kubernetes platform, defining technical infrastructure and building services from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build new Kubernetes services and define technical infrastructure environments.
• Develop integrations between the platform and enterprise tools using REST APIs.
• Automate repeatable tasks and document technical standards and guidelines.
• Consult with development teams to determine requirements and participate in design reviews.
• Participate in a 12x7 on-call rotation, including offshore evening coverage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Kubernetes administration experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience using Python or Golang.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with application development teams.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Experience with Helm and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with REST API development.
• Experience with observability tools including Grafana, Prometheus, and Thanos.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Anthos on Bare Metal, GKE, GCP, or OpenShift.
• Experience with Splunk or acting as an individual contributor in Scrum/Agile teams.
