Description

You will lead the development of scalable data models and visualization solutions to support organization-wide decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet business needs.
• Build and optimize LookML models and data workflows to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts while troubleshooting performance or rendering issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Looker Developer or in a similar analytics role.
• Expertise in LookML and Looker architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and performance optimization.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies including BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
