Description

You will lead the design and technical implementation of machine learning solutions across multiple products and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and break down business requirements into actionable team work.
• Spearhead the development and integration of ML solutions to meet product and recommender system objectives.
• Lead the design and development of Proof of Concepts and end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Train and mentor colleagues, explaining complex concepts and influencing technical direction.
• Craft and sustain technical outputs, including design documentation and representative models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with machine learning, specifically in Recommender Systems.
• Strong understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, SciKit-learn, Pandas.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• At least 2 years working with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability.
