Description

You will lead the development and deployment of production-ready AI and ML solutions for data extraction and transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready ML models for NLP, information retrieval, and data sourcing.
• Build high-performance batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Optimize and deploy LLM models, including BERT and Transformers.
• Deploy AI/ML models at scale using MLOps and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to drive AI innovation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning or related fields.
• Expertise in Python and NLP.
• Deep knowledge of Transformers, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud computing experience with AWS or GCP for model scaling.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, and Celery.
• Experience with Kafka, Spark, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial ML model deployment.
• Knowledge of Java, Scala, and Kotlin.
• Open-source contributions or a strong GitHub presence.
