Description

You will design, code, test, and maintain applications on IBM mainframes. You will own the release pipeline and ensure system performance through active monitoring and troubleshooting. You will assist QA teams with testing and participate in on-call rotations to resolve application failures.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Peer review code and technical documents for team members.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
• Assist QA teams in unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Participate in on-call rotation to resolve production failures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with IBM Mainframes.
• Proficiency in COBOL, IMS DB, DB2, JCL, and MQ Series.
• Experience with Xpeditor for debugging and development.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot and Git.
• Strong background in unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues.
