Description

You will lead the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of mainframe applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and maintain applications within the mainframe environment.
• Peer review code and technical documents for team members.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to resolve application failures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, coordinating resolutions with support teams.
• Research and resolve issues related to business data processing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of COBOL, IBM Mainframes, IMS DB, and DB2.
• Proficiency with JCL and MQ Series.
• Demonstrated experience with unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Good working knowledge of Spring Boot and Git.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system performance issues.
• Bachelor's degree required.
