Description

You will design, code, test, and maintain enterprise applications on IBM mainframes, owning the release pipeline and ensuring system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and maintain IBM mainframe applications.
• Peer review code and technical documents for team members.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
• Assist QA teams with unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Participate in on-call rotation to resolve production failures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with IBM Mainframes.
• Proficiency in COBOL, IMS DB, DB2, JCL, and MQ Series.
• Experience with Xpeditor for debugging and development.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot and Git.
• Strong background in unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex mainframe integration patterns.
