Description

You will lead the implementation and management of large-scale mainframe systems for financial services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of mainframe systems to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance applications using Cobol, CICS, DB2, VSAM, MQ messaging, stored procedures, and JCL.
• Manage a global team of 12-14 professionals, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Integrate distributed technologies and AI tools to enhance mainframe functionality.
• Develop strategies for system optimization, data integrity, and security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale mainframe applications, preferably in financial services.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Cobol, CICS, DB2, VSAM, MQ Messaging, ChangeMan, and NDM.
• Proven track record managing large-scale mainframe implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams.
• Experience integrating distributed technologies and AI tools into mainframe environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
