Description

You will lead mainframe development efforts and manage the full software development life cycle. Responsibilities Lead development projects using COBOL and Z/OS environments. Manage the software development life cycle (SDLC) following both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Execute database operations and queries using DB2. Maintain and optimize existing mainframe systems and batch processes. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in mainframe development. Expertise in COBOL. Proficiency with TSO and JCL. Strong experience with DB2 and Z/OS. Experience working within SDLC frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Skills Knowledge of CICS. Experience with IMS.
